Regarding the surplus list

Regarding the transfer in the transfer session 2026–27 under the Transfer/Adjustment Policy 2017 for teachers posted in Government Secondary Schools.

The following information is being disseminated regarding the selection process of 131 ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) Educators in the district:

Following the document verification conducted on April 27, 2026, an interview was organized at Vikas Bhawan under the chairmanship of the Chief Development Officer (CDO), Balrampur. Out of the 110 candidates who appeared for the interview, a total of 36 candidates have been declared finally successful.

Notice for School Allocation (Counseling):

The process of school allocation for these 36 successful candidates will be carried out based on their merit index (Merit Gunank). The schedule for the same is fixed as follows:

• Date: May 25, 2026

• Time: 11:00 AM (Punctual attendance is mandatory)

• Venue: Vikas Bhawan Auditorium, Balrampur

Regarding Document Verification for the Posts of District Coordinator (Training) and District Coordinator (Appointment)

The final verified selection list of candidates has been sent to the office for further action as per the provisions given in the Uttar Pradesh Recognized Basic School (Jou H.School) (Recruitment and Service Conditions of Teachers) (Seventh Amendment) Regulations – 2019.

Ensure to be present on 07.05.2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the District Basic Education Officer, Balrampur, with the original documents along with two self-attested copies of the online application form.

Regarding the selection of District Coordinator (MDM)

The proficiency certification for candidates found eligible during the document verification process—for the vacant posts of District Coordinator (Girls’ Education) at the District Project Office, and Block Coordinator (MIS) and Block Coordinator (Quality) at the Block level—is scheduled to be held on April 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Vikas Bhawan, Balrampur.

Selection process of 35 (Article 25 and Article 10) candidates by the district level implementation selection committee under Baba Saheb Ambedkar Employment Promotion Scheme. Additionally, 29 candidates have been placed on a waiting list.
